She is survived by : her mother Tammy Hernandez; her husband Kyle Kutnink; her children, Jayda Briseno, Nicasio Briseno and Angel Briseno; her stepson Carter Kutnink; her siblings, Amy Joel (Jim), Steven Hoolsema (Lynn), Jeramyah Goodell and Dillyn Goodell (Brittany); and her friend Myra Guzman. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
