Malo of Fairmont, Minnesota, born in Silver Lake, Minnesota, who passed away on March 8, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Louis Thiesse and Sophie Thiesse (Laue); her husband Kenneth E. Malo of Paul's Lutheran Church; and her siblings, Melvin, Roland, Arthur, Velmer, Harland, Leo, Helen Milow, Milda Maschoff, Elda Leiding and Lela Thiesse.

She is survived by : her children, Mark Malo (Karla) and Susan Sukalski (Kevin); her grandchildren, Kristin Engelmann (Josh), Miranda Reiman (Mark), Lukus Malo (Maggie) and Alex Sukalski (Jen); her great grandchildren, Carson, Brooklyn, Cassidy, Mckenna, Nora, Laney Reiman, Luther and Lucy Malo; and her sisters-in-law, Charlotte Thiesse, Lois Thiesse, Dorothy Malo and Beth Malo. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
