He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Carrigan and Lucille Carrigan (Free); his siblings, Craig Carrigan, Kent Carrigan and Kim Marie Carrigan; and his brother-in-law Charles Hantelman.
He is survived by: his wife Valerie Carrigan; his siblings, Kathy Hantelman of St. Peter, MN, Cherice Kueseke (Tom) of Lake Elmo, MN, Corliss Bremer (Mel) of Tower, MN and Kevin Carrigan of St. Paul, MN; and his sisters-in-law, Sheryl Palmquist (David) of Orlando, FL, Marilyn Carrigan of Northrop, MN and Georgia Carrigan of Little Falls, MN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the East Chain Evangelical Free Church (507 280th Ave, Granada, MN 56039). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
