He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Moller and Grace Margaret Moller; and his in-laws, Jesse and Fern Wells. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Moller of Fairmont; his children, Scott Moller (Julie) of Princeton, Steve Moller of Trimont and Shannon Ylkanen (Eric) of Chisago City; his sisters, Marian Tibodeau of Windom and Jorie Erickson (G. Kevin) of Coeur D'Alene, Idaho; and his siblings' children, Brett Tibodeau and Kristi Erickson. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Windom (2280 6th Ave, Windom, MN 56101). A celebration of life was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

“Dear Family of Dean, Am so sorry to hear about the loss of Dean. Had not seen him for a few years but always thought very highly of him. Dean and Dwight took me and Dean’s boys on many summer fishing trips. Dean would selflessly do the cooking and dish cleaning. Best of times and so many great memories. Can remember Dean landing an 8 lb walleye after a 25 min battle getting it to the boat. Loved his love of the Lord. Was a great role model for me. Prayers for his repose and for the family. Rod”
