With sadness, we share the passing of Delphine F. Hanson of Fairmont, Minnesota. Delphine, born on April 3, 1930, passed away on October 1, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Stockel and Minnie Stockel (Titze); her husband Milton Hanson; her son Duane Hanson; her grandchildren, Whitney Luhmann and Lacy Simon; her siblings, Dale Stockel and Shirley Sieps; her parents-in-law, Martin and Bertha Hanson; and her siblings-in-law, Dollie Stockel, Barney Hanson, Michael, Pauline Hanson, Arnold and Martha Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, David Hanson (Barb Nielson), Diane Luedtke (Robert), Sandra Luhmann (Gary), William Hanson, Robert Hanson (Ellen), Thomas Hanson (Laura) and Brenda Johnson (Alan); her daughter-in-law Linda Hanson (Duane); her grandchildren, Guy Hanson, Lee Hanson, Tanya Hargan, Tarryne Hanson, Ryan Hanson, Tiffany LaBrecque, Brandon Simon, Crystal Chapman, Jeremiah Luhmann, Jordan Luhmann, Jonah Luhmann, Thadeous Hanson Paskey, Amanda Schnoor, Jessica Hanson, Rachel Hanson-Yahnke, Patrick Hanson, Trevor Siekmann and Savannah Siekmann; and her brother-in-law Roger Sieps. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace Lutheran Church (300 S Grant St, Fairmont, MN 56031). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
