He is survived by: his children, Dennis Evelsizer (Cathy) of Decorah, Dr. Robert Evelsizer (Gwen) of Fairmont and Diana Morgan (Donald); his grandchildren, Dan Evelsizer, Vince Evelsizer (Andrea), Jana Evelsizer-Olson (John), Ross Evelsizer (Laura), Dr. Stephen Evelsizer (Annie), Sara Gibbs (Steve), Dr. Andrew Evelsizer (Madeline), Aimee Comer (Andy), Gina Bartleson (Dan) and Lisa Hernandez (Oscar); his sister Jo Juhl Johnson; and his sisters-in-law, Joyce Hassing (Edward) and Lola Booth. He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren.
