It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karl J. Mixson of Fairmont, Minnesota, who passed away on January 3, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Edwin Mixson and Margurite Mixson (McLaughlin); his wife Joan Mixson; his son Douglas Mixson; and his sisters, Florence and Dorothy Jane.

He is survived by : his sons, Charles Mixson (Penny) of Fairmont, MN, Christoppher Mixson (Betsy) of Arroyo Seco, NM and Timothy Mixson of Sycamore, IL; and his grandchildren, Matthey, Ashley and Colin. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
