He is survived by: his wife Barbara Salmela-Lind; his stepson Aaron Salmela; his sister Kayla Okafor; his nephew Christopher Lammle; his siblings-in-law, Beth McFarlane (Stuart) and Bruce Wilmer (Stacy); his parents-in-law, Harvey and Eileen Wilmer; and his aunt Del Prescott. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives, and many friends.
