He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Hagen (Madsen); his wife Lisa Hagen; his children, Andrew Hagen (Miranda), Madison Hendricks (Aaron), Emily Hagen, Jack Hagen and Kate Hagen; and his brothers, Kent Hagen (Barb) and Kurt Hagen (Nancy). He is also survived by many cousins, other relatives, and numerous friends.
