With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marlyn John Walterman of Fairmont, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 8, 2025 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marlyn John Walterman to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Walterman and Anna Walterman (Johnson); his wife Beverly Walterman; and his parents-in-law, Clarence and Arlet Anderson.
He is survived by: his children, Julienne Schumacher (Scott) of Janesville, MN, Katherine Moeller (David) of Fairmont, MN, Pamela Wedel of Fairmont, MN and Michael Walterman of Blue Earth, MN; his grandchildren, Jared Wedel (Sarah), Justin Wedel, Ryan Schumacher (Shawna), Sara Schumacher (Kadie Petron), Dereck Walterman and Ashley Walterman (Seth Wallen); and his great grandchildren, Zaelee Walterman, Lyla Wedel, Wyatt Wedel, Coen Wallen, Dax Wallen and Eleanor Rae Schumacher.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family to put towards a bench that will be placed at the Martin County Fairgrounds in memory of Marlyn and Beverly.
