Johnson of Fairmont, MN; his children, Terry Johnson (Diane) of Sioux Falls, SD and Bryan Johnson of Alburquerque, NM; his grandchildren, Peter Johnson (Megan) of Sioux Falls, SD, Tommy Johnson (Erin) of Sioux Falls, SD, Hannah Alexis of Scottsdale, AZ and Estelle Alexis of Bozeman, MT; and his great grandchildren, Micah Johnson, Joah Johnson, Adeline Johnson and Charlotte Johnson.
The family requests memorials be made in Maynards' name to the Grace Lutheran Church Building Fund or to the charity of the donor's choice.
