He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Anderson and Olive Anderson (Ek); his parents-in-law, Reynold and Laura Hinz (Peymann); his sister Roselyn "Rose" Glen; and his siblings-in-law, Don Glen, Maynard, Eloise Hinz, Ronnie, Shirley Hinz, Mova Jane, Clifford Trullinger, Larry Hinz, Larraine Hinz and Arlene Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Margaret Hinz of Fairmont; his daughter Darcy; his son-in-law Pat Graif of Fairmont; his daughter Tara; his son-in-law Rob Segedi of Cottage Grove; his son Ryan; his daughter-in-law Angela Anderson of Detroit Lakes; his sister Sharon; his siblings-in-law, Paul Berg of Odin and Jacque Hinz of Fairmont; and his grandchildren, Chloe Graif, Natalie, Sydney Segedi, Kaitlyn, Kaison and Kieran Anderson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lakeview Methodist Health Care Center Chapel (610 Summit Dr, Fairmont, MN 56031). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at the same location.
