He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Donald and Sandra Jean Kemper (Kuhlman). He is survived by: his wife Connie Kemper of Fairmont, MN; his children, Kristina (Lyle), Dana (Ray) and Johnathan (Tracy); his stepchildren, Michelle (Mark), Johnny (Tiffany), Jeremy (Marty) and Jeff (Kelli); and his brothers, Mike Kemper and Patrick Kemper. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in Bob's name to be used at the discretion of the family.
