She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Malo and Katharina Malo (Elfert); her husband Lorin Urban; her son Michael Urban (Janet); and her siblings, Phyllis Wedoo (Robert), Lorraine Koskovich (Frank), Beverly Dukes (Amos), Gladys Voyles (Glen), Marvin Malo (Betty) and Robert Malo (Jean).
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Urban (Anne) of Wimauma, FL, Kevin Urban (Nancy) of Welcome, MN and Curtis Urban of Coconut Creek, FL. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and other extended family.
