He is survived by: his significant other Mary; his sons, Scott of Mankato, MN, Michael of Cary and Brady Survis (Tara) of Fairmont, MN; his grandchildren, Cristian Eiden of Wisconsin, Jasmine Eiden of Mankato, MN, Kenley, Caylin, Meridan, Ellys Eiden of Cary, NC, Wyatt and Owen Survis of Fairmont, MN; and his sisters, Beverly Chicos (Dan) of West Concord, Julie Frahm (Mark) of Mankato, MN and Jayne Eiden-Kellam (Chirs Kellam) of Welcome, MN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
