He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Seifert and Shirley Seifert (Hoffman). He is survived by: his wife Kris Seifert; his child Kyle Seifert (Karen Baer); his grandchildren, Alli Seifert, Marc Geffrard, Benjamin Seifert, Caitlin Seifert and Luc Geffrard; his son Michael Bliesmer (Jaime); his granddaughter Hannah Bliesmer; his child Brooke Ross (Seifert); his granddaughters, Hope McCoy, Olivia Lewis and Kendra Ross; and his siblings, Steve Seifert, Becky Miller and Deb Hiatt (Steve). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other extended family.

Memorials are preferred to the Fairmont Booster Club.
