He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Duban and Mary Duban (Trcka); his daughter Tammy Duban; his siblings, Rose (Ron Peterson), Martha (Bernard Tupy) and Thomas; and his siblings-in-law, Martha Duban and Allen Swedin.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Duban of Faribault, MN; his children, Jeannie Riehm (Gilbert) of Northfield, MN, Landon Duban (Lisa) of Dundas, MN, Terry Duban (Jason Murphy) of Kasson, MN and Wayne Duban (Jen Pol) of Faribault, MN; his grandchildren, Gilbert Riehm III (Sara), Michael Riehm, Matthew Riehm, Alisha Albrecht (Rusty), Amanda Tomlin (Jayce), Ellie Brandvold, Noah Brandvold, Adeline Duban, Jesse Duban, Cole Duban, Andie Duban, Maddox Duban and Melanie Duban; his great grandchildren, Jaxon Riehm, Logan Riehm, Mason Riehm and Carolyn Albrecht; and his siblings, MaryAnn Langeslag (Richard) of Faribault, MN, Robert Duban (Sylvia) of Faribault, MN and Juanita Swedin of Northfield, MN. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
