He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis LaCanne and Eileen LaCanne (Kotz); his son Scott LaCanne; his parents-in-law, Harold and Gertrude Sorgatz; and his sister-in-law Carol Sorgatz.
He is survived by: his wife Jane LaCanne of Faribault; his children, Brian LaCanne (Tricia), Aubree of Hutchinson and Stacy Carney (Erik) of Lakeville; his grandsons, Tyler and Grant; and his siblings, Dale LaCanne (Shari) of Faribault, Judy Thomas (Matt) of Faribault, Jane Speikers (Martin) of Owatonna, Kay Paquette (Dale) of Faribault and Linda Thompson (Mike) of Faribault. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
