He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Tousignant and Josephine Tousignant (LeMieux); his wives, Mary Ellen, Dorothy "Dodie" Connor and Carol Tousignant; his siblings, Joanne Nelson (David) and Ronald Tousignant (Diane); his parents-in-law, Frances and Arnold Tierney; and his brother-in-law Donald McGuire.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Tousignant (Renae), Jim Tousignant (Linda), Julie Splett (Joe), Nancy Velzke (Keith), Susan Morsching (Carl) and Scott Tousignant (Julie); his brother Larry Tousignant (Noreen); and his sister-in-law Patricia McGuire. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren, children; 6 of Carol's children; over 50 step-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Divine Mercy Catholic School's United for Our Future project or Allina Hospice.
