He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence; his sisters, JoAnn Odette and Jeannie Ditlevson; his brothers-in-law, Bill Wayne, Gerald Pumper and Mike Odette; his brother Jim Ditlevson; and his nieces, Beth Odette and Jamie Dugan.
He is survived by: his wife Janis Dugan (Erickson); his children, Jeremy Dugan (Kelly Markel), Rachel Carpentier (Mark), Courtney Manning (Tim) and Sarah Dugan; his granddaughter Edith Carpentier; and his siblings, Darlene Pumper, Debbie Randgaard (Tom), Theresa Wayne, Dennis Dugan (Joyce), Robin Dugan and Larry Dugan (Cheryl). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
