We announce the death of Douglas G. Kubinski of Faribault, Minnesota, who passed away on October 22, 2026, at the age of 88. Douglas will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kubinski and Berthine "Babe" Kubinski (Langeslag); and his siblings, David Kubinski, Bernard Kubinski, Richard Kubinski, Robert Kubinski and Patricia Flarup.
He is survived by: his daughter Barbara Ostlund (Robbie); his grandson Richard Kenneth Olson; and his siblings, Geraldine Valek (Leo), Roger Kubinski (Jane), Georgia Kline, Jacqueline Kline (Bruce), Kenneth Kubinski, Sandra Prinzing (Ron), Barbara Reuvers and Jean Ivy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Parker Kohl Funeral Home (1725 Lyndale Ave N, Faribault, MN 55021). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 1:45 PM to 2:15 PM at the St. Patrick's Cemetery (7525 Dodd Rd, Faribault, MN 55021).
