It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Erin Fischer of Faribault, Minnesota, born in New Ulm, Minnesota, who passed away on June 13, 2020, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Delbert Fischer Sr. and John Fink. She is survived by: her children, Carmella and Milan Joshi of Faribault; her parents, Brian Fischer and Donna Fischer (Fink) of Courtland; her close friend Peter Redfield of Cambridge; her grandmothers, Geraldine Fischer and Beverly Fink; her siblings, Keri Fischer (Zachary Schiller), Ryan (Elizabeth Bruns) and Adam Fischer; and her former spouse Vishal Joshi. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
