She was predeceased by: her husband Clayton Fierst; her parents, George Choudek and Anna Choudek; and her sisters, Marion Brezina (Henry) and Harriet Novotny (Raymond).

She is survived by: her close friend Karen Christenson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
