He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Knapp and Lillian Knapp (Dutcher); his former wife Ann Regenscheid; and his siblings, Jim Knapp (Marlys), Patricia Spitzack, Richard Knapp, Virginia Rosenau (Hank), Jeannine Bauer (Melvin) and Donna Harger (Harvey).
He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Regenscheid (Ryan Boerner) of Owatonna and Melissa Klemz (Mark Gilbertson) of Medford; his grandchildren, Kayla, Michael, Alexandra, Zachariah and Isaiah; his great grandchildren, Xander, Jayvyn, Jaelyn, Kinsley, Ty, Wyatt and RaeLynn; and his siblings, Margaret Beaupre, Sandra Kline (Bert), Jerry Knapp (Mary Jean) and David Knapp (Julie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
