He is survived by: his wife Carole Machacek; his daughters, Christine (Tony Lema), Barbara (Kurt Stanaitis), Sarah and Emily (Darrin Johnson); his grandchildren, Benjamin, Calvin Lema, Daisy, Casey Stanaitis, Sydney and Theodore Johnson; and his brother Tom Gerbig.
