With profound sadness, we say goodbye to George E. Voracek of Faribault, Minnesota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Voracek and Helen Voracek (Skluzacek); his grandson Benjamin Voracek; his sister Donna Mae Kadrlik; and his niece Dawn Mensing.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen Voracek of Faribault, MN; his son Dan Voracek (Brenda) of North Mankato, MN; his grandchildren, Jacob, Anna, James and John; his son Jeffrey Voracek of Clinton Falls, MN; his grandchild Andie (Tom); his great grandchild Scarlet; his children, Riley (Molly), Madi, Alexander, Kailyn and Kevin Voracek (Gretchen) of Faribault, MN; his granddaughter Ella Krawczak (Josh); his great grandchild Gemma; his grandson Everett; and his siblings, Jan Gillen (Steve) of Northfield, MN, Mary Mensing of Mankato, MN, Grace Voracek of Faribault, MN, Joan Smisek (Lenny) of Lonsdale, MN and Randy Voracek (Robin) of Faribault, MN.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Church of St. Patrick (7525 Dodd Rd, Faribault, MN 55021). A burial will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the St. Lawrence Cemetery (2830 2nd Ave NW, Faribault, MN 55021).
The family prefers that memorials be directed to the Church of St. Patrick in Shieldsville in memory of George.
