He was predeceased by: his mother Stella Lambert (Caron); his girlfriend Joan Bathchelder; his father J. Bartholomew Lambert; his siblings, Corrine Dwyer (Lewis), Eileen Venaro (Emil), Hazel Caron (Ernie), Mae Freeman (Dan), Edward "Bud" Lambert and Raymond Lambert (Helen); his wife Mary Ann Lambert (Petersen Prieve); his close friend Joan Batchelder (Kitzman); and his stepson Gary Prieve.
He is survived by: his children, Michael (Scott Cooper) and Julie Lambert; his stepchildren, Greg Prieve (Tracy) and Lynn Barry; his grandchildren, Connor, Mason, Taylor, Payton Prieve, Dillan, Brooke Prieve, Brenna, Austin Mullenmeister and Megan Barry; and his great grandchild Oliver. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Parker Kohl Funeral Home (1725 Lyndale Ave N, Faribault, MN 55021). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (3415 Calvary Dr, Faribault, MN 55021).
