He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Ruden and Hildegard Von Ruden (Rech); his son Jerry Heinrich; his siblings, Caroline Sammon, Patricia Gretz and William Von Ruden; his siblings-in-law, Lawrence Chappuis and Kay Von Ruden; and his nephew B. J. Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Von Ruden, Gerald Von Ruden (Deb), Tammy Horton (Rick), Vicki Greniger (Tom), Kathy Heinrich, Fred Heinrich (Sheila), Shawn Jagow (Wayne), Maureen Sullivan (Ron) and Michael Lokken; his siblings, Henry Von Ruden, Marcella Von Ruden, Nancy Chappuis, Terri Brady (Dennis) and Kathy Johnson (Arnie); and his siblings-in-law, Ray Sammon and Cathy Von Ruden. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
