He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Schroeder and Helen Schroeder (Malakowsky); and his siblings, Roger, Dave, Gladys, Margie, Elaine and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his children, Vicki Wright (Bill) of Rochester, MN, Jodi Riste (Todd) of St. Ansgar, IA, Randy Schroeder (Beth) of Centennial, CO and Julie Schroeder (Al); his grandchildren, Jen, Kristin, Jim and Mandi; and his sister-in-law Pat Schroeder. He is also survived by his five great-grandchildren, one great-great grandson.
