It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gloria M. Schwab of Faribault, Minnesota, born in Sauk Centre, Minnesota, who passed away on June 24, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Timothy Schwab; her brother Richard Longenecker; and her husband Roman. She is survived by: her children, Barb (Joanne) of Winnipeg, Tom Schwab (Carolyn) of Princeton, Dan Schwab (Lisa) of Mantorville, Dave Schwab (Candace) of Sioux Falls, SD, Jeff Schwab (Sarah) of Lakeville, Jack Schwab (Barb) of Faribault, Mike Schwab of Sioux Falls, SD and Matt Schwab of Medford. She is also survived by her 24 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM. A Mass will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Divine Mercy Catholic Church (139 Mercy Dr, Faribault, MN 55021). A burial will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (3415 Calvary Dr, Faribault, MN 55021).
In Lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations can be made to Gillette Children's Hospital in St. Paul, MN or Bethlehem Academy High School in memory of Gloria.
