He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Harper and Julia Harper (Crowell); his wife Carol Nadine Miller; and his sisters, Marie (Groskreutz) and Helen (Herman).
He is survived by: his children, Kay Crowthers (Russ), Steve, Tom (Sue) and Mike; his granddaughters, Sarah Knopf (Kris) and Katie Harper; his great grandchildren, Jackson Harper, Will, Ben, Nate and Ruby Knopf; his sister Dorothy DeFreese; and his brother-in-law John Herman.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to the Radio Ministry at First English Lutheran Church in Faribault.
