It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel C. Apling (Faribault, Minnesota), born in Prairie Farm, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 28, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Allram and Pearl Allram (Doud); her husband Harold G. Apling; her children, Gerald "Jerry" Peterson and Diana Apling; and her siblings, Rosalie, Shirley, Gertrude, Richard, Patricia and Robert.
She is survived by: her children, Carla Dalaska of Faribault, Vicki Benton Faribault (Gary, Jr.), Jody Greenslade of Northfield, Denise Zeon (Zae) of Montgomery, TX, Duane Apling (Diane) of Panora, IA, Suzette "Sue" Apling (Rick), Karow of Faribault, Joseph Apling (Lesley) of Faribault and Jason Apling of San Francisco, CA; and her sister Dolores Gaughan of St. Paul Park. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
