She is survived by: her mother Connie Bokman (Kath) of Faribault; her daughters, Arianna Green of Owatonna, Makenzie Eisert (Izzy) of Faribault and Chloe Eisert (Devan) of Mankato; her siblings, Kat Green (Pete) of Faribault, Sunni Green (Darrell) of Tyler, TX, Joshua Boles (Serena) of Napa, CA and Richard Green of Dallas, TX; her grandmother Ethel Krueger of Faribault; her former husband Jesse Eisert (Mary) of Montgomery; her aunts, Pam Smith of Faribault, Carolyn Paine (John) of Medford and Shirley Liska (Jim) of Grants Pass, OR; her uncle Curt Krueger (Teresa) of Faribault; and her stepsiblings, Sara Bokman of Faribault and Gordon Bokman (Brian Eggert) of Faribault.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Boldt Funeral Home (300 Prairie Ave SW, Faribault, MN 55021). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
