He was predeceased by: his father Bernard Dalby (Brophy); his son Bruce Dalby; and his siblings, Patricia Dalby Martin and Sheldon Dalby. He is survived by: his wife Jan; his son Brad of Blooming Prairie; his granddaughter Sarah; his great grandchildren, Parker Truax and Owen Weir; his sister June Dalby; and his brother-in-law Duane Kimber of St. Paul.
