“To Phyllis, Chris, Ben and Liz: Please accept our most heartfelt sympathies for your loss. We all express our sorrow for the loss of a dear man, husband, father & mentor to so many young men & women who went to SSM. He will be greatly missed and cherished! Both Jon & Phyliss were wonderful dorm parents in the seventies & we all appreciated their fairness & support to a bunch of young Shads who were trying to figure out life at a military boarding school, far away from home. Thank you both!”
