He is survived by: his wife Susan Margaret Herkenratt; his daughter Julia Kenitzer; his grandson Riley Kenitzer of St. Louis, MO; his nieces and nephews, Melvin (Annette), Duane (Dusti), Bruce (Gail), Keith Kaderlik, Diane Wunderlich (Greg), Lori Hatfield (James), Dawn and Gwen Kaderlik; and his sisters-in-law, Rosemary Kaderlik and Sally Budde (Martin).
