She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Amundson and LaVerne Amundson (Schmitz); and her sister Kristine Wenker. She is survived by: her husband Donald Matakis of Faribault; her children, Chris Matakis (Jessica) of Faribault, Matt Matakis (Taylor) of Faribault, Megan Bade (Cody) of Sartell and Ian Matakis (Skye) of Faribault; her grandchildren, Ariana, Brody, Grace and Ephraim; and her brother Scott Amundson (Therese) of Faribault.
