She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo McCullough and Mayme McCullough (McDonough); her husband Clarence Kosanda; her grandson J. J. Murphy; and her sisters, Celeste Preble and Grace Hankins.

She is survived by: her children, Patty Murphy (John), Mary Lokken (Stan), Elaine Anderson (Mitch), Deb Morgan (Dennis) and Jeff Kosanda (Darla); and her sisters, Eileen Selly and Rita Headline. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren.
