She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Flom and Frances Flom (Ista); her husband Allwyn Caron; and her son Daniel Caron. She is survived by: her children, Sandy Barker (Dan) of Medford, Terry Caron (Marilyn) of Faribault, Mike Caron (Bobbie) of Medford, Kim Caron (Lois) of Owatonna Scott and Bryan Caron (Diane) of Faribault. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren; other relatives; and friends.

“I am so sad that we have lost her! She was one of the coolest people I have ever known. Best aunt of all time, I have so many wonderful memories of her. She was unforgettable -- strong, kind, funny, spunky, and generous. She certainly did not have an easy life, losing Awn at such an early age, but she dealt with everything with so much grace. She will be profoundly missed!”
