He was predeceased by: his father Robert Koktavy; his grandparents, James, Mary Koktavy, Francis and Marion Thibodeau; and his stepfather Malcom Davis.
He is survived by: his mother Deborah Davis (Thibodeau); his child Tavius Koktavy; his siblings, Bobbi Bernett (Koktavy), James Koktavy and Dennis Koktavy; and his significant other Holly Warmington.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Boldt Funeral Home (300 Prairie Ave SW, Faribault, MN 55021).
