With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra E. Burkhartzmeyer of Faribault, Minnesota, who passed away on July 29, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Walsh and Magdalene Walsh (Bettendorf); and her sisters, Ruth Whittles and Marlys Rylander. She is survived by: her husband John Allan Burkhartzmeyer; her children, John Burkhartzmeyer Jr. (Karen), Mark Burkhartzmeyer (Laura) and Lori Letourneau (Matt); her grandchildren, Elise Burkhartzmeyer, Megan Burkhartzmeyer, Erick Velzke (Kari), Ashley LeRoy (Derek), Mikayla Burkhartzmeyer, Jacque Burkhartzmeyer (Brady Ohlemann), Abrahm Letourneau and Brenna Letourneau; her great grandchildren, Liam Velzke, Blake Hruska and Hayleigh Severson; her niece Cheryl Rademacher; her friend Kathy Johnson; and her sister-in-law Shirley Burkhartzmeyer. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
