It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley M. Rockman of Faribault, Minnesota, born in Waseca, Minnesota, who passed away on June 11, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Emil; her sisters, Elizabeth Volk (Duane) and Ruth Glende (Gene); and her siblings-in-law, Gene Hendrickson and Annetta Rockman Bennett.
She is survived by: her husband LeRoy Rockman; her children, Renee Rockman of Faribault and Shelly Rockman (Brian Kuehn) of Owatonna; her grandchildren, Carter Kuehn and Gannon Kuehn; and her sister Selma Hendrickson of Alexandria. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (530 4th St NW, Faribault, MN 55021).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Shirley's memory to the Rice County Historical Society or donor's choice.
