He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Zeller and Grace Zeller; his son Thomas; and his grandson Chase Thalhuber. He is survived by: his wife Karen Eystad; his children, Mark Zeller (Sharon), Mia, Zander and Jennifer Thalhuber; his grandchildren, Riley and Davis; his daughter Kristen Zeller; his grandchildren, Reese and Hanna; his child Erin Zeller (Mikki); his grandchildren, Aiden and Emma; and his brother James.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Boldt Funeral Home (300 Prairie Ave SW, Faribault, MN 55021).
Memorials preferred in Simon's name to River Bend Nature Center, Divine Mercy Elementary School or Bethlehem Academy.
