He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Spicer and Evelyn Spicer (Peters); his brother Sterling Spicer; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Kimbrough and Ronald Sederholm.
He is survived by: his children, Ross Spicer of Lonsdale, MN, Kassy Nielsen (Erik) of Owatonna, MN, Allison Spicer, Brian Fausnaugh of Mason City, IA and Greg Spicer (Samantha) of Mankato, MN; and his siblings, Janice Sederholm of Coon Rapids, MN, Deanna Kimbrough of Hudson, FL, Joan Sanford (Gary) of Oronoco, MN, Steven Spicer of Faribault, MN and Denese Bremer (Michel) of Faribault, MN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
