He was predeceased by: his parents, Allwyn Caron and Mavis Caron (Flom); his grandmother Frances Carpenter; his parents-in-law, Shirley Anne Schauer and Merlyn Stanley Schauer; his brother Daniel John Caron; and his niece Lindsey Caron.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Louise Schauer; his daughters, Kari Anne Wester (Kevin) of Balsam Lake, WI and Dawn Elizabeth McColley (Patrick) of Owatonna; his grandchildren, Adam Raddatz, Leah Raddatz, Nathan Wester, Cecelia Wester, L'Elizabeth'McColley and Sean McColley; and his siblings, Sandy Barker (Dan) of Medford, Mike Caron (Bobbie) of Medford, Kim Caron (Lois) of Owatonna, Scott Caron (Connie) of Kenyon and Bryan Caron (Diane) of Faribault. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Boldt Funeral Home (300 Prairie Ave SW, Faribault, MN 55021). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
