He is survived by: his wife Sharon Dugstad; his children, Jennifer Shoemaker (Scott), Keisa Truax (Mike), Michelle Scott (Mike), Cheryl Merritt (Jay) and Scott DeMars (Jinnie); his grandchildren, TJ Merritt (Brianna), Stephanie Merritt, Megan O'Byrne, Tristin O'Byrne (Celeste), Chris Shoemaker (Chelsea), Nic Shoemaker (Cheyenne), Finn Shoemaker and Lucas Truax; and his stepchildren, Shanda Shannon and Cully Przymus. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
