He was predeceased by: his father William Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Caron (Dan) of Medford, MN; his significant other Tracie; his daughter Mallory Teigen (Sean Weinberg) of Cape Coral, FL; his grandson Max; his significant other's children, Nathan Lutgens, Matthew Rosacker (Katie), Eli Lutgens and Jessica Lutgens; his half-sister Cheryl Bickness; his nephew Devin Meyer; Nevaeh, Aria and Kathryn Richardson. He is also survived by cat, RU; along with extended family and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the State Street Chapel of the Dennis Steffel Omtvedt Funeral Home (711 N State St, Waseca, MN 56093). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
