He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Pemrick and Patricia L. Pemrick (Feyereisn); and his sisters, Diane, Lorie and Brenda Pemrick.

He is survived by: his wife Theresa I. Shimota; his children, Curtis of Faribault, Jolene (Justin) of Northfield and Kyle (Nicole) of Prior Lake; his grandchildren, Aiden, Peyton and Emma; and his siblings, Michael (Diane), David, Harry Pemrick (Kathy) of Faribault and Julie Peterson of Bombay. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
