It is with sadness that the passing of David Joshua Lassahn of Farmington, Minnesota is shared. David, born on February 25, 2000 in Northfield, Minnesota, passed away on September 13, 2026. David will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor David by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though David is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. David’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his grandmother Barbara Cook. He is survived by: his parents, Thaine Lassahn and Shelly Lassahn; his siblings, Calvin, Alex, Jenna and Logan; and his grandparents, Alan Cook, Paul and Loretta Lassahn. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Eden Baptist Church (1313 State Hwy 13, Burnsville, MN 55337).
