He was predeceased by: his mother Nancee Dougherty. He is survived by: his children, Ryanna, Evan, Lexi and Joshua; his sisters, Marrianna Weckman (Danny) and Sheenah Hamilton (Nate); and his father Mike Dougherty (Cynthia). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
